* You may volunteer to work with us - we will need your data to keep in touch with you - we will cleanse the data annually and it will be safely stored. if you stop volunteering with us, we will automatically delete you.

* You may become a member of our society - we will need your date to keep in touch with you, as part of your membership includes a newsletter and the promise of news and offers. Our information is regularly refreshed and old data deleted annually.

* We use an efyer distribution system which stores data, access to this system is limited to one person and is never shared 

* You may enquire or book a talk with us and as such we will keep your data to keep in touch with you, we will not add you to a database unless you request to be
