OUR CRUISE

Enjoy a cruise along the beautiful River Weaver Navigation as you listen to a performance of poetry inspired by waterways and boats. Old favourites will be mixed with a few new surprises to bring you a watery-themed anthology to delight the soul. The event will also give you plenty of time to take in the scenery and explore the delights of the newly-restored heritage boat - once the flagship of the Manchester Ship Canal Company.

The afternoon cruise starts at Sutton Weaver Swing Bridge, near Frodsham, and winds along the delightful river, through Dutton Locks, before finally arriving at Acton Swing Bridge.
